So how does it work?
- The Motorhome Company generates enquiries for motorhome hire by continually marketing the Agency through relevant channels and media outlets.
- Interested owners simply register with us by completing a Membership Form, which includes a vehicle specification. Click here to request a membership form.
- Prospective hirers will submit an enquiry either on line or by phone, outlining what they are looking for. We will then match suitable motorhomes to respective hirers.
- If they choose to hire, we will take the booking and collect the full hire fee plus a deposit against damage to the vehicle.
- We then notify you of the booking.
- We arrange the hire insurance.
- We pay you the hire fee less our management services fee, which includes the insurance, immediately after the hire period.
- You are responsible for contacting the hirer to arrange collection and delivery of the motorhome. You can choose to deliver
the vehicle to the hirer for a small additional charge. We have found this extra service very popular with hirers.
The agreement
- To protect all parties there is an agreement between us to ensure that business is conducted in a professional manner for the benefit of our members and customers alike.

Your agreement with the hirer
- There is a formal hire agreement between you and the hirer in order to protect your investment. Once you have registered this will be forwarded to you.
